Good breakfast, room with a nice lake view. Location is not in the center of the town. If you have a car, it would be helpful to drive you around.

bathroom was interesting

Air con worked well, which was good during such a heatwave. Bar service was a bit chaotic and meal service was poor. Staff are clearly untrained in the correct way to serve meals. They would reach accross and in front of meals served to diners to deliver to the next person, instead of going around and serving from behind. This resulted in me catching a creme brulé as it flew off the servers tray as they reached accross in front of the person next to me. Most of the creme brulé stayed in the dish, but some ended up on me. After some apology from the server they retrieved the dish, went back to the kitchen and brought out a replacemnt dish, only to serve it in the same way, this time without dropping it on me. Clearly MUCH more staff training need in the resteraunt area needed. They were also in a bit of a muddle when it came to working out the bill for 7 people. Could do better. Car parking was OK.

Quite good to stay and staff very good

Greet Hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Colmar Old City, but an easy walk. The hotel has onsite parking, free of charge with a restaurant onsite. Recommend reservations for the weekend if planning to eat at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly and provided good information about Colmar. The rooms are a bit small but cozy and very clean. We enjoyed the location and the hotel itself was lovely. Would recommend staying here.

Bonjour Tout d’abord l’hôtel situé à St Louis de France, très bien situé. Endroit paisible, calme. Un grand merci au resto pour le déjeuner. Permettez moi de signaler que vous avez présenté un déjeuner à votre hauteur. Tout était de mise, dans la nourriture, bon choix de pain, brioches etc.. Bon choix de fromages, bon choix de graines etc…. Continuez de cette belle continuité… C’est à refaire, Qu’on se le dise, c’est à nous de transmettre le message pour d’autres. Merci Susan Bellemare

Clean, quiet, accommodating to issues. Everything was sorted quickly when there were issues. Great overall.
