This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!

We had a great experience, from being able to check in hours early and utilizing the free shuttle to enjoying bites and beverages at the pool and interacting with friendly, helpful staff.

When we went to the front desk to raise the issue, we were simply told they were “all booked out” of the actual Presidential Suite. Instead of offering a real solution, a refund, or even an honest explanation upfront, they had already checked us into a lesser room and labeled it “Presidential” anyway — hoping we wouldn’t notice or wouldn’t push back. This isn’t a case of a room just being “smaller than expected” — we paid a specific price for a specific, advertised product and were knowingly given something else without our consent. That’s not a mix-up, that’s deceptive. If the suite isn’t available, tell the guest before check-in and offer a comparable alternative or a refund. Don’t quietly swap the room and slap the same name on it hoping no one complains. We felt misled from the moment we walked in, and the staff’s response confirmed it wasn’t an accident — they knew the room didn’t match what was sold to us. I’m rating this 1 star only because the system won’t let me choose 0. Save your money and book somewhere that actually delivers what they advertise.
