Great property

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

The room was spacious and clean. Close to new haven union station, yale university and downtown. We enjoyed the pool, gym and the rooftop. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Would def stay here again.

Convenient to everything, easy parking.

We had a very nice large king bedroom. We were on the fourth floor facing out over the main entrance on Temple Street. Everything was great until bedtime. The street noise was terrible!! Cars and motorcycles revving their engines, people on the street yelling and fighting in the street until the bars closed…I am sure rooms on higher floors and facing other direction might be fine but beware.

Our stay was ok. Clean beds, dirty floors. After my shower I walked barefoot through the room and my bottoms of my feet were black. The mini fridge was complete garbage. It didn't keep anything cool. Nothing to be really enthusiastic about. It was a subpar stay at a hotel chain that is slowly declining in standards. I used to be impressed by Hampton Inn and over the past two years with traveling have found them all to be underwhelming and in some cases on the level of a Motel 6 or Super 8 but at the price of a higher end hotel.
