The room has no view, so don't book the Dennis tower. The mattress is very sunken in, and it causes major back pain will not be staying there again.

Entire room smelled like a Porto potty that had been sitting out in the hot sun. Difficult to get housekeeping to come to our room. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty. Someone tried to enter my room shortly after I checked in, i complained to front desk who said they provided a $50 food/beverage credit that I was never able to use because it wasn’t accepted anywhere.

I booked a Bayview room, but I was not provided with the room I reserved. This is extremely disappointing, and I am dissatisfied with the service.

room was not as nice as pictured on line. Housekeeping had to be told on one day to make up the room as it hadn't been done at it was 5 PM.

The kitchenette desperately needs renovation.

The room is old, dirty and rusty. There were no towels available and the elevator stopped working at one point. The only positive about this hotel is the location and the attached beach bar.

Clean, professional and not a bad view in the place .
