Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles.

We were in Boston for the Mammoth March in Hingham and needed a base for some sight seeing in Boston for the week. We did not have a rental car but the parking garage was easily accessible and secure. We were able to get ubers very easily from the location. The Chelsea train station was only a 5 min walk away and the trains were reliable and efficient. The support staff replied to all our messages in the chat option quickly and were very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and set up. The apartment was clean and all the linens and towels were freshly laundred. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

We weren't quite sure what to expect in a hotel in the heart of Boston but were extremely pleased with the experience and the room. The room/suite was a perfect size to relax in after a busy day seeing the sights of the city, and while our view was of the city and not the harbor, it was nonetheless wonderful. The room was appointed very tastefully and invited you to rest, The hotel and room had an air of quiet luxury which we did not expect. We very much enjoyed having breakfast by the dock/water and each time, the wait staff were so friendly and helpful. There is no question we will stay there again should our plans take us to Boston. Thanks helping to make our anniversary trip so great!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Very innovative designed. The staff was constantly hospitable - opening every door when we enter. The only downside was the room next to us was very loud on our last night which kept us up most of the night - nothing to do with the hotel. I didn’t complain and am hoping for some compensation back.

This is more like university housing than anything else. The building is full of students and poorly maintained, with visitors following others into the entrance. Carpeting is stained, paint is chipping, blinds are broken, the a/c didn't work, the hallway smells. Communication with the Evonify owners was poor, and we had to go through Hotels.com to receive our access code/registration in time for our arrival and, ultimately, a refund. We left a few minutes after we entered the unit. Not recommended. It is not the sunny, pristine, and secure apartment that appears in the photos.

This hotel is in a great location in Brookline. Steps to the T and restaurants. Quick trip downtown. There was parking on site (valet) and there is a great outdoor patio and a bar so when you just have some downtime, it was a nice place to relax, catch up on email, and get a drink. The staff was super friendly — would definitely return here.

Club Quarters is in a great location; handy for the T and walking distance to many key historical locations and a wide range of eateries. Lounge was useful with tea, coffee and filtered water readily available. The room was quite small, as expectes woth older buildings, but plenty of room to move around in. Some of the furnishings (such as the faux leather bed head) were a little bit tatty, but everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast at the adjoining pub with very helpful and friendly staff there too. One downside was the noise early in the morning. I was on the fifth floor at the back of the building and each morning was woken by the sounds of the city, particularly some construction work, at around 5.30/6am. Take your ear plugs! On the whole, a good experience and would stay again.
