Had a great time and enjoyed to hotel

Very nice getaway with a lovely spa, pool, and golf course. Dinner also delicious!

What does this hotel have going for it? Not much…but it’s cheap compared to other hotels in the area. I don’t know why anyone would want to come to the crappy town of Bedford PA but if you do, this is a cheap place to stay.

Spent the night while pursuing the Big Boy train that was visiting nearby Altoona. The hotel rate was reasonable compared to the gouging rates in Altoona. Everything at the hotel in Johnstown was fantastic. Clean, well maintained, great staff and wonderful breakfast. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Easy access to the highway and surrounding area.

It wasn’t clean.

The check in was easy she left me do it over the phone and email. The site says free firewood it’s not it’s 25 a bundle it goes to the church she said. I was ok with that. Got in the cabin with my little granddaughter and there was two cracks in the window called the office no answer till Monday called the firewood number no answer called the emergency number for there and told them sent pics said I didn’t feel comfortable asked for a new cabin in text didn’t get a answer for over half a hr after I said I was leaving cause I couldn’t sit there with a kid and got told no refund and when I said I left it took how long for a response got told okay that’s fine after I said I was leaving my response was we will give u another cabin but that was how much longer half a hr
