The day I was to check out. My flight was scheduled to leave around 9am. So the night before I went to the front desk and told the front desk my room number and asked for a 6am wakeup call and never got a call.

Great location and secure. Perfect for just needing a place to crash after the show. Bars and restaurants near by.

Comfortable bed. Very clean room and hotel. Only drawback is no parking ramp attached.

Room was filthy and poorly designed. Chairs didn’t sit under desks because they were too tall, bathroom was impossible to navigate comfortably. The carpet was nightmarish. I spilled water on the way in and explained that I spilled so that it could be cleaned up and no one would slip. About an 30-45min later I reminded them because it was still there. Came to find it partially cleaned up but still there later on. I did not remind them a second time. One elevator was frightening to get into and was clearly broken until they finally put up an out of order sign 2 days later. This created a traffic jam where people attempting to leave had to wait a very long time for the one elevator to make it up and down while guests left for work/breakfast. I ended up parking at the backside of the building and using the stairs.

Great newer property with nice large rooms, sofa and kitchen. Nice shower, bed and pillows. Climate control was great. Wpuld be nice to have good coffee all the time in the lobby. Makeup mirror in the room would be nice.
