Over all excellent

We really enjoyed our time. We had a couple of issues with refills of things in our cabin by the housekeeping staff, but other than that, it was pretty perfect. The hot tub was delightful and the food and service at the restaurant was top-notch.

This place was perfect for me and my family the kids had a blast at the pool and the fun zone

Nice room, common areas, and outside area (fire pits, hot tub, green space backing up to a stream). We were a little confused by two thermostats in the room- one no longer seemed to be in use (but still active).

I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. Everything else at the lodge is classy and done well. Not much effort went into the presentation. There was hardly any bread, no bagels. Hardly any smoked salmon. The presentation didn’t match the fee charged.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.
