The staff was great, kind and very accommodating. The cleaning staff res.\nPonded to every request in need. The history of the hotel and the location is great for getting to all the tourist sites and activities. They're hard wood original floors and you may hear the people above you so if you want total piece and quiet , don't stay there but if you don't mind an occasional basic walking because of the structure , it is a great facility . My husband and I plan on attending a Saint's game and we'll be standing at the hotel.

The closeness of the location made it easy to walk to any restaurant in the French quarter but the electronic phone hotel card had defects the whole time to the point we had to request a physical copy. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Beautiful historic building, loved the pool/courtyard area. The restaurant was very good and staff were very attentive.

I live an hour outside New Orleans so our family enjoys a staycation in the city about once a year. With that said I have stayed at many hotels all over the city and the Henrietta is my new favorite. It was clean, new, quiet. The views of the streetcar were so nice. The coffee shop and lobby was great, and the room was top luxury you can get in a city like New Orleans. Can’t wait to go back

The staff was very nice and they also supplied complimentary drinks and seafood Mac and cheese!! Very delicious. My room was very clean and the hotel lobby.

Perfect location close enough to everything where you can walk to. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us recommendations for lunch and were always helpful. The rooms are clean as well as the property. We didn't get to dine for breakfast but did stop by the Burgundy Bar. My main complaint is the noise. Mostly every night I would hear the noise outside whether it be the trash trucks and it kept me up most nights out of our 5 night stay. Might have been our location next to the street but otherwise we did like the hotel and the proximity to Bourbon and the French Quarter.
