New Underwood Vacation Packages

Property was run down dumpy and beds were small. Staff was extremely rude, bossy and up your business. Definitely not a great place to stay when I complained about the noise. It was met with blank stairs and absolute atrocious. Customer service will not be back.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Everything was absolutely great, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was terrible! Old bread, apples, and oatmeal pouches.... get it together.

The hotel is okay. The elevator and the hallways were sketchy. The elevator smelled like strong pine cleaner, we wondered what it was covering up. The hallway reminded us of The Shining. The room was quiet (we weren't on the street side), beds were comfortable, bathroom was fine. It's fine for a basic hotel. But bring your toiletries, they didn't have conditioner. If you're looking for an updated, nice hotel this isn't it. Also, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. The service and the food was not very good.

The employee at check in was super amazing. So polite and helpful. Best check in experience at any hotel.

Stained items in my room. No soap bottle in the shower was full. Just hanging out there. It was alright I guess just to sleep at night
