I booked an ADA accessible room, but was informed upon arrival that there wasn't any. Not any available, but not any at all. The ramp to go down to get to the room was partially blocked by vending machines in 2 places. Breakfast was basically no existent. Our family had 4 rooms booked with a total of 10 people (9 adults). The hotel provided 12 mini muffins, 2 slices of raisin bread, 2 bagels, 3 pieces of plain bread, and some dry cereal total for all the guests. Then there was a towel wedged outside a room door for at least 4 days. IDK what that was all about. And all 4 family members rooms were smelly and dirty (hair in bathroom, dirt on floor, toilet dirty, ECT). The windows had pieces of PVC pipe laying in a dirty track as a lock. Definitely will be making different arrangements the next time we travel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Kat was very helpful, and I truly appreciated her assistance and hospitality. She made my stay even better. Thank you, Kat, for making me feel welcome! I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was good!

I like cleanness
