Newhall Vacation Packages

We arrived at almost midnight and front desk is still open. There is no elevator in the hotel. The place is generally safe and lots of parking spaces. The place is clean. Bedsheets are clean.

We arrived at 6pm. We were told we would receive an email with our room number and door code. We never did receive the email and had to call the number provided and leave a voice mail. We were called back with codes but couldn't open the door so had to call again to find out we had to turn both locks. There is no onsite hotel check in. Finally found the apartment room for our 1 night stay. Opened door and towels were on the bathroom floor, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and bed was unmade and sheets not changed. Called back to say we were not staying there and had to call another hotel chain to get a room for the night. The pictures of the apartment are way better than the apartment that we saw. Since we guaranteed the room on credit card, we will be disputing the charge.

Newly remodeled nice bed sitting area and great shower

This was a good stay! There are some details that would make it great: 1) Clean the bathroom door and mirror, 2) vacuum the in-room sofa, 3) Communicate with guests that the pool will not be in-service, 4) Answer the front desk desk phone for inquiries, 5) Have someone at the front desk at all times for inquiries. I loved the set up, the amenities, the friendliness of the staff, the location, the price and the delicious breakfast! A partial refund for the pool not being in service would be greatly appreciated as this hotel was chosen for the pool!

We liked it because it’s centrally located to access the downtown area and the national park.
