The staff were very helpful and relaxed in their approach. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of tea and a local coffee. The bedroom was clean but obviously being upgraded.

Beautiful and very spacious apartment located within easy walking distance of Cardiff Castle, as well as lots of outstanding restaurants. They have dedicated parking but there was also plenty of street parking. The location is quiet and beautiful. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Perfect rental for a vacation in Cardiff!

Our room and bathroom was decent, the bed was comfy enough and it was quiet through the night. The hotel is ok..little bit shabby in places. Our room had a few stains on the walls and smelt damp, but overall it was fine. The worst part was our view (or lack of it).
