Staff was really nice and polite

It was ok. I got soaking wet because of the rain and they didn’t have any kind of dryer let alone a washer I could use. If your room doesn’t come with it, there’s nothing. You will get wet and filthy in Toronto, it’s dirty and rainy. You may have to stay that way because this hotel will be no help.

This hotel is really well located near the Village in Toronto. Transit is very close, as are good cafes, bars and restaurants. That's all great. My room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and spotless and the shower was incredible. But the place feels shabby. Damage on the plaster walls. Old blinds that don't open very well with parts falling out of the wall. Etc. It was a decent price for the location, however and for two nights it was fine.
