I had an extremely disappointing experience at this motel and would not stay here again. The problems started immediately at check-in, where the front desk employee was rude and unwelcoming. After a long day of traveling, that was not the kind of service we expected. The room itself was even worse. There was absolutely no hot water during our stay, which made showering and basic comfort impossible. To make matters worse, housekeeping never came once during our entire 5-day stay. We eventually ran out of toilet paper and had to deal with that ourselves. The worst part of all is the location. The motel is right next to train tracks, and trains pass by constantly, making it incredibly noisy at all hours of the day and night. Getting a decent night’s sleep was nearly impossible. Overall, this was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve had. Between the rude staff, lack of hot water, nonexistent housekeeping, and constant train noise, I cannot recommend staying here.

The air conditioner and tv did not work ... it was reported, but still nothing was done about it. There were only two towels in the bathroom, we paid for five people ... we asked for more towels, they said they would deliver the next day, as they didn't have any clean towels. There was a beer can and two vape's left in the room. Only two chairs to sit on at the table. No couch or lounge chairs to sit on. The bathroom was not sanitary clean ... the bathroom was not was in need of repairs. No adjustments made for the lack of sufficient towels, no a/c, no tv, no chairs ... unpleasant stay. The staff was not helpful at all, offered no solutions ... he told us that we have two remote controllers in the room when we said the tv did not work.

Massive, industrial sized room that could benefit from a few more pieces of furniture. (A second chair and another side-table needed) .One lamp between the beds that needed a new bulb. Had to put phone on floor next to bed to charge. Could hear neighbors and folks out by the golf course. White noise recommended. Cute coffee shop and pizza place within steps. Unique space.

Reserved room on Expedia with pet. Staff refused to rent room, have yet to receive refund.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher at the honor bar so we can refill. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We requested an early check in and the staff were very accommodating. Location was great for the event we were attending. The units are comfortable and very spacious.
