The staff that we encountered were nice and helpful! The property is a great location and the room was updated and nice. We love the area at the beach for sitting and reading and relaxing. My complaint would be this horrible musty smell in the hallways, also would have been nice to have been provided beach towels. Overall I would stay here again for sure. Perk they have a breakfast for free. Of course it’s simply but much appreciated.

First time visiting. Very nice. Clean. Everyone was very friendly.

Staff was nice, short walk to the beach, room wasnt cleaned very well and i axtually used the broom left in the room to sweep it and the blankets were ragged. Had to ask for extra trash bags. Check in time took about 20 minutes due to the long line waiting.

The Broadwalk is one of our family's favorite place in Virginia Beach. Staff is always so helpful and kind. It is quiet. We feel safe. We literally feel at home away from home . We make breakfast and lunch in the unit. We wash our clothes and dry them . See you again in August god willing! The Alicea- Chaluisan Family

The only thing I did not like is that the rest area where the coffee machine was all the time was closed, nobody could enter if you wanted to take a break, it had to be in front of the lobby, even if it was that extra place, it could not be used, the back door, the access door to the sea at 8 had a key and you had to go for a big turn to enter the front..of the times I have rented hotels, it is the first time that I ran into one, so you come from the beach and you have to walk extra, it would have to be more.
