roaches everywhere

The room was clean but no documentation/directions in the room on controlling the Heating and Cooling System. The unit in the outside wall was very noisy and ran continuously so I was unable to sleep. Finally determined how to shut off the HVAC unit at 4:45am. At 4:50am, a hotel customer was pounding on the door opposite of my unit. The disturbance continued for 15 minutes. When I asked the person the reason for all the noise, she said she had been locked out of her room. I asked her to see the hotel clerk on duty. She said the hotel clerk was unable to get her in the room. Eventually, the hotel clerk was able to use an emergency key to get her in the room. I asked the hotel clerk for a refund on the room due to the HVAC issue and the issues with the customer opposite my room. He stated that he could not provide a refund but he would inform his supervisor and his supervisor would call me. I never received a call from the supervisor or hotel manager. I would never stay at the hotel again. Would never go to this hotel again!

The breakfast was horrible, even at an early time of the morning. Bad selections, poor taste. Needs vast improvement. The manager on duty on Saturday was very helpful so the staff is great.
