the stay at this hotel was excellent and all the staff are very helpful and professional. the breakfast is excellent as well.

Great room. Very comfortable and great location.

I've stayed there 2 times now. The first time the attendant at the front desk was extremely rude to my father in law (an 82. year old man). They DID NOT explain their policy of not cleaning the room or changing towels unless requested. They argued that they gave us "Welcome Letter" which neither me or my father in law received it during our separate check in times. The rooms are extremely outdated. Both times the room smelled weird and the bathrooms are not very clean and the towels may as well be sand paper. The television channels are beyond useless, it's as if they just ordered below the bare minimum. Gave this hotel two tries......never again.

I'll start by saying that after I got unpacked and settled in, I went into the bathroom to wash up only to find that the sink would not drain out. When I called to inform the front desk, their resolution was to say they had a plunger I could use to clear. That was definitely a first for me. Simply amazing. Because I didn't want to pack up and switch rooms I gave it a shot only to find a disgusting mess of probably someone's puke coming up from the drain once I cleared it all out. So I brought the plunger back and asked if there was some kind disinfectant that they could give me to sanitize this disgusting mess. Probably should have left right then and there but I have been up since 5:00 am and now that it's almost 12:00am I am totally exhausted and need some sleep. Let's see what tomorrow brings when I try to get up early, have breakfast, take a shower and try to get on the road.
