North Bergen Vacation Packages

Great place, clean and has many amenities. Staff is wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful

Went there for a wedding (which was fantastic & the staff/crew were exceptional- shout out to Alphonso & the bartender outside whose name I cannot recall at the moment).

Very homey and clean

Very comfortable and clean. Everything from lots of comfy blankets and kitchen utensils was supplied. Everything went smoothly and easy.

I was unhappy with the check-in and check-out process. I checked-in to the hotel at 6:30pm and no one was at the front desk. There was a sign and phone # to contact. I contacted the number and was told someone would be right there. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby for someone to finally come to the desk. The lobby had a mildew smell and caution tape in the area. After finally checking in the room was decent no issue with anything we only stayed 1 night. Upon check out the next morning again no one was at the front desk. The sign was there to call if you needed help. The were about 6-7 hotel cards laying there because people were checking out and no one was there at the front desk. Not family- friendly and will not stay there again.
