Stayed in a king bed room on the third floor. Got the 'bad view room' for sure, but we weren't to be there much. Room was clean enough, bathrooms were nice but with old plumbing fixtures (plus being lots of water). The biggest dissapointment was the breakfast, which was 100% a cold breakfast. This was mentioned when checking in but not advertised online that it was cold. Unlimited room service ice was the commonly mentioned perk, odd to me. They had toast, but chose the cheapest bread possible. The second day they only had orange marmalade jam... with three backup boxes of it.. but were out of grape and strawberry. Overall, pretty mid? Location to me was pretty good for a general chicago trip. Some items walkable, some not, but with quick freeway access points if one has auto. Sheets were worn. Thanks

Stayed for a weekend trip. Staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the property and city in general. Room arrangement and amenities were excellent. Pool was larger than expected for a ‘high rise’ pool, and very family friendly - towels/locker room was well stocked. Location in relation to city is perfect for shopping and local excursions, but would recommend uber/lift to get around

Room was very basic, nothing special. Beds were alright but not super comfy. Trains going all day and night were a little annoying but we managed to get used to it and get a decent sleep. Coffee bar on the first floor by lobby was super convenient and helped get the day started.
