North Conway Vacation Packages

Our stay at the Quality Inn in Merrimack, New Hampshire, was an absolute disgrace and one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we’ve had. It was our understanding that this facility had been used by the state to accommodate homeless individuals. The hotel was crowded with people sitting and congregating throughout the lobby, common areas, and outside the entrance. Their constant presence, along with the uncomfortable staring and watching as we came and went, made it extremely difficult to relax or feel comfortable at this property. Breakfast was a complete disaster. There was virtually nowhere to sit, with individuals occupying entire tables by themselves while other paying guests were left searching for a place to eat. The lack of organization and consideration for guests was unacceptable. To make matters worse, as we attempted to leave the property, individuals deliberately appeared to walk slowly in front of our vehicle, creating what felt like an intimidating and confrontational situation. Whether intentional or not, this was completely unacceptable. Where was hotel management throughout all of this? Paying guests should be able to expect a comfortable, properly managed environment without feeling uneasy every time they enter or leave the building. We paid for our entire stay upfront, along with an additional $100 security deposit, only to find ourselves in an environment that was nothing like what we expected based on the advertised. The ratings are bogus.

It was not like the picture s. Its basically a 1 room condo with a pull down bed and a Castro convertible couch. It smelled musty initially but aired out quickly. I feel it was portrayed as a hotel but its not. There was no sign and the check in desk took some driving and asking people where it was.

Property was very outdated and in need up new furnishings. Walls, doors, sink, cabinets, curtains were all old and worn looking. Not in a cute antique way. Very few channels on tv. Location and price were good for our stay. We did not eat breakfast.

I love it. I would definitely come back

Super helpful front desk - accommodated my request and exceeded my expectations!

Great location to see concord Breakfast was good

This was a very nice hotel. The only complaint would be the elevator was not working. Location was excellent, close to restaurants in walking distance.

Nice staff
