North Gower Vacation Packages

Charged me for a night I didn't stay, called to make a change minutes after booking and they said they can't make changes. Then I get my room, not in the main building but in " the towers " which is so far from main lobby I can't order food in. Then, not they an hour, I go to grab food, come back and there is an old couple in my room. They gave my room key and checked another couple into a room I was already checked into. Obviously the system doesn't work great. Also no AC except the bedroom.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Clean and great location. Would definitely stay again.

The Chateau Laurier is such a beautiful to stay. It feels elegant and regal. Staff were attentive and the property was very clean. The views in our room were spectacular. On the down side, I wish there was an extra chair in our Signature Room. Watching tv for two was very uncomfortable because of the room configuration. Overall. A wonderful place to stay in Ottawa!

Breakfast was ordinary and you can not expect so many option but compare to other hotels here is acceptable Cold beverages provided in paper cup in my opinion it is not perfect Fresh waffle, smoked puled chicken or pork , fried potatoes, sausage, beans Cream with different jams and honey
