Great option if you’re looking for a comfortable, home-like stay. The only downside was that there wasn’t a coffee maker, which would have been a nice addition (just Kuerig). The kitchen could also be better stocked with basic cooking utensils, such as a can opener and other essentials. We ended up having to run out and buy several basic items that we only needed for a one-time use.

This was the least expensive property with a restaurant in the Nokomis/Osprey area which was where we wanted to stay. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room had been well cleaned, but spartan. The overall property itself was also clean, but badly in need of a little TLC. The attached restaurant, Chef Rolf's New Florida Kitchen, is managed separately from the motel. The food was excellent and seemed a bit pricey, but was well within the average costs of other area restaurants we visited. We took advantage of the exercise room which was well-maintained with exercise bikes, treadmill, and several weight benches and free weights. The outdoor Tiki Bar was nice, but was not always staffed. This was probably due to the fact that during our stay (mid-August) the majority of the rooms were empty. On the day we left, repairs on the deck around the pool were starting. This was the area most in need of improvement. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and hope that the needed maintenance continues.

The property was very well maintained. There is no front desk on property so bear in mind if you lock your phone in room on arrival and go to retrieve your luggage.

This property is right by the beach. You have access by walking across the street and there is a paved walkway to get there. Beach chairs, towels, and shark tooth exploring equipment is provided. Just ask. Great place to go to just to get away.
