Northeastern Vermont - St. Johnsbury Vacation Packages

Perfect. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. My room was huge, very clean, and well stocked with towels and toiletries, even a robe. Great location, safe and walkable. If you are looking for a place to unwind, this is it.

This place was perfect for me and my family the kids had a blast at the pool and the fun zone

This hotel was wonderful. Close enough to the village, yet tucked into nature perfectly, so you feel unplugged from the world. Very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was great! The room was absolutely cozy.

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Exactly as we expected We had a great stay

The view of Lake Champlain is beautiful. We really liked the breakfast to go bar. Only one complaint. There were flies buzzing around room one. The windows were closed, but we could not see where they were coming in from.

I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. Everything else at the lodge is classy and done well. Not much effort went into the presentation. There was hardly any bread, no bagels. Hardly any smoked salmon. The presentation didn’t match the fee charged.
