We were very disappointed with our stay at the Rochester. They claim to have “quiet hours” in the evening but they don’t enforce it. We were in a room on the first floor and could not relax or sleep in our room because of the noise coming from the bar and guests outside. There is no staff on site in the evenings. I called the hotel’s main number for help with this issue and spoke with someone who couldn’t care less about the problem. If you think you’re getting a quaint, quiet, boutique hotel - you’re wrong. They would rather be selling fancy mixed drinks to locals than be accommodating to their hotel guests. At $350/night it’s just disgusting the way we were treated.

Welcoming and helpful staff. My boys enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning while mom enjoyed the complementary happy hour in the evenings. The suite was spacious. Awesome location. Although half the hotel is unavailable and there is no restaurant on site currently. There are great restaurants in walking distance. The pool is unheated and hot tub is out of order. The pool area could use some tlc.

Clean room and very nice staff. Hotel room was a good sized bathroom was a good size beautiful pool that we did not get into but it was very pretty to look at. Located very centrally and walkable to good restaurants in the area.

Overall, we had a good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, although there were a few areas that could have used a little more attention. Nothing major or enough to negatively impact our stay. The staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

It was nice to stay in a pretty hotel connected to a casino. My husband enjoyed the poker game. I wanted to get a massage, but there was no one available to give me a massage in the spa. It was located a little out from things, but not much everything was very drivable within 5 to 10 minutes.
