I use a walker and was upgraded to the handicap room with walking shower. Full length shower with just a curtain to hold in water. There was a drain in the middle of the tiled bathroom floor for drainage, tiles slippery when wet. And no light fixtures in bathroom, had to leave door open to see.

The young man at check in appeared annoyed he had to help Me. Gave me no information about breakfast in the morning or anything in the hotel. It was very off putting. The rest was good!
