The toilet was plugged when we got in the room, the mattress was horrible! The springs were broken and it was a nightmare! The staff member was smoking outside the door when we got there and was dressed very sloppy. We didn’t even know she worked there until she followed us in and sat behind the desk. Then she charged my card on file without asking which card I wanted to use. The was no elevator and we were on the second floor lugging our suitcases up. Would not recommend.

It was beautiful no complaints.

The hotel was beautiful, smelled great, and our room was gorgeous. Staff was helpful and the hotel is within walking distance to the old market area. Only suggestion would be longer shower curtains or a better lip on the shower to prevent water spillage. Overall fantastic stay, would stay again!

This is the second time staying here and enjoying the large seating area! They have a small, but nice bar, that does have food options, it’s very close to a lot of dining options! I like to get the room with the balcony! It’s clean and very comfortable and they have a nicely stocked marketplace! Bonus fast elevators!
