Our TV did not work. I asked them to get management to fix it. They said no one was available to help. I told them I would give them a bad review if they would not fix the TV, but they did not care, so they earned this bad review.

The lady working dayshift front desk was extremely rude and would not let me finish organizing my car because it was after checkout. She was very unprofessional and not polite nor courteous. I am a first responder and needed to get my vehicle prepared for the next assignment and there was no one else in the parking lot when she insisted that I leave immediately. I’ve stayed there previously with no issues, but I I will not stay there again as she was extremely rude. The gentleman working night shift , however, was very professional and very helpful when I checked in.

We have stayed here many times when coming to town for Duck games. We always reserve a courtyard view room, which we did this time. Reserved 6 months ago. This time we didn't receive the room we reserved. We ended up with a room fronting the main road. Disappointed.
