The staff was great! Super helpful and nice! The property itself was pretty nice and up kept. My only thing was the sheets in my room had some small stains in them and there were a few hairs on the tip of the bed. Over all though it wasn’t bad. I felt like they were short staffed and they were trying their best to keep up.

The location is great. Easy access and proximity to campus. I realize there are limited hotel options in the immediate area. For the price I was expecting a nicer hotel. The room was fine just dated. Only 1 light worked in the bathroom but full disclosure I did not ask for maintenance. Based on my limited interaction with staff, I’m sure it would’ve been addressed. The workout facility left a lot to be desired. Limited and dated cardio equipment. Again, for the price I expect better quality.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and in order. We had a great stay and will stay here every time we are in Lubbock.

Clean, spacious rooms. It was quiet and the staff was very helpful.
