I stay in a lot of hotels and often have to decide on whether to take a hit on cleanliness or take a hit financially and this place was IMMEDIATELY clean, recently renovated, and not too spendy. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful as I traveled with my business partner and 2 year old daughter. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Staff was incredibly helpful. Super clean hotel with European vibe in my opinion. Easy parking. Comfy beds with lovely Pendleton wool blankets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time! Friendly and helpful staff. Room cleanliness and upkeep left a lot to be desired. Dirty carpet, broken tub stopper, peeling headboard...would have been higher rating if not for that.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The hotel was very dirty and poorly maintained, and we had to change rooms five times. We encountered numerous problems, including strange odors, brown water coming from the shower, a TV that did not work, and a broken luggage cart. My husband and son are very sensitive to mold and allergens, and both became seriously ill after staying one night. We wanted to leave that first night, but the hotel told us we needed to provide 24 hours’ notice. We therefore requested to cancel the second and third nights, but the manager refused. After the first night, when my husband became very sick, we contacted Orbitz for assistance. With the help of an Orbitz representative, the hotel finally agreed to let us leave and refunded the remaining nights. I do want to mention that one front desk employee who helped us with the fifth room was very kind and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, despite her efforts, the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and management response were unacceptable. We would never stay here again.

All was great. Thank you, Daniel.
