The rooms were not fully clean but the front desk worker immediately got it cleaned

Staying at the Rochester was a highlight of our trip. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, the accommodations are comfortable, clean, and conveniently located a block from downtown Durango. The outdoor garden space was our favorite shady hangout spot to sip on the delicious cocktails and mocktails from the bar.

Had a great stay. Outside gas campfire, mindful room and lobby was amazing!

No refrigerator and extra charges added that weren't warned about ahead of time

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Very close to Durango but not quite walking distance to downtown. Gym wasn’t much. The general property was sort of dirty… food people had dropped, debris from outside not swept up. But the room itself felt clean.

Everything was on walking distance especially the Silverton train ride.

We stayed in a lovely suite. We were able to text with any questions we had. Everything was clean and the suite beautifully decorated

New- Parking fee $10 plus 4.47 tax per day, was not acknowledged upon booking reservation. Kitchen utensils limited, no ice bucket, the view terrible, we were looking at satellite dish, ladders, service area.Breakfast was adequate but not as good as it used to be. No potatoes, boiled eggs. It was a satisfying but not like it used to be to be. Be going there over 30 years or more.
