Start with receptionist: so grumpy. Room : it was ok not to clean not to dirty.mold and dirt many corners. Morning coffe felt like hot water not coffee.

We loved this property- SO pretty! We stayed in the Vanilla Villa and it was so beautifully done. Rustic cabin with mid century decor, and super cute finishing touches. There is a full kitchen that was super useful especially if you are traveling with kids. With an absolutely stunning panoramic view of the gorgeous lake. Check in was super smooth and Missy was very friendly. They have bocce ball, firepits, swings, a dock, and kayaks. The only reason we deducted a star is because we had a strange occurrence with our front door being opened. We reported to management but haven’t heard back on an explanation. Other than that our stay was very nice and would come back .

This is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed tiny-home and RV resort on the outskirts of Coos Bay. We’ve now stayed twice with them and would stay again. We’ve stayed in both the “Drift” waterfront cabin which sleeps up to 4 and their largest which sleeps up to 6. The Drift Cabin is beautifully nestled right along the bay and the views are tranquil and gorgeous, with birds and sunsets right out front. Each cabin has their own fire pit which our kids loved and are nicely laid out and equipped. The property is also pet and family friendly, with the clubhouse being a highlight—there is a game room, kids room with TV and DVDs, a beautiful saltwater swimming pool (recommend having a few life jackets available for the littlest travelers) as well as a communal space with breakfasts available on the weekends. Definitely not your average hotel, and a great Basecamp for exploring the Southern Oregon Coast. Definitely recommend!

1) The AC wall unit kept going into a default error message that did not keep the room cool so I had to wake up several times a night to turn it back on, and when I asked the maintenance, he said just to unplug it and plug it back in which helped only 50% of the time. 2) The front desk staff needs to be better trained to answer the guest questions, but when the manager showed up, she helped with my request and question.

We had stayed here a few years back and were impressed with the place but this time if we hadn't prepaid we would have left & just gone to a local motel. The balcony barely had room to stand, no closet space and a very small room. The breakfast consisting of a boiled egg or a bowl of oatmeal and wasn't worth the walk to go to the office to get it. This place is a pretty expensive place to stay & was definitely not worth it.

Loved the accommodations in general. Cute decor. Fantastic view. Our cabin was not as clean as we had hoped in certain areas of it.
