Good base of operations for visiting Crater Lake. Not especially close, but the nicest accommodations around. The front desk and bar staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa staff seemed frazzled (end of season) and it was disappointing to learn that the hot tub jets had been out of service for a week or more, as were the treadmills. I would still recommend the resort, even for non-golfers.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice pool and hot tub, and breakfast was fine in a cheerful, windowy lobby.

The room was clean as was the kitchen area and bathroom. There could be more surfaces in the bathroom to set things on while bathing. The window AC/heater is noisy and blows directly onto the bed which I didn’t like and there was no way to divert the airflow so I put a chair in front and balanced a pillow to block the airflow. Note the parking lot is rather limited but the night clerk directed me to park my rv/trailer across the street which worked out, even if I was a little worried about security. My room 5B was right next to the drive-through next door so I heard that traffic until late.

It was an authentic building which we loved. The update on our room was very tastefully done. Super cute & comfy.

The Clackamas river runs right by the property, which is lovely
