Beautiful sight and friendly staff

Great ac

This place was fantastic to stay at. We had a two bedroom cottage, the facilities were fantastic. All bedrooms ensuite, TVs in every room. Full kitchen and living room. Hot tub. Great pool nearby and sunset walk is five minutes walk away. They had live music in most nights and there is a lot of different food and drink places there.

We had a wonderful stay at Westgate! The resort was nice, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we wanted to visit. The attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas were all within easy reach, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Westgate to anyone visiting Orlando. We would love to stay here again!

The Animal Kingdom Lodge is just beautiful. We had a room with a view of the animals which we loved. The restaurants were excellent and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice property, clean hotel! Sometimes loud, with the ambulances and helicopters going to the hospital, directly across the street. Beds are soft, so not very comfortable, wish they were more firm. Overall, nice stay though!

I felt like a VIP here. The price was incredible. The room was clean and cool. The staff was very friendly. Super easy drive to and from Magic Kingdom. Highly recommend.

Upon arriving to my room, the sheets had stains on them. They had to switch my room. The towels in the bathroom also had stains on them. I had to go downstairs and get new towels and when going to the pool, the towels that they have there for the guests also had stains on them. When leaving my room in the morning, there was piles of garbage on the floor in the corner.
