This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend

This place way exceeded my expectations. The stay was beautiful and I wasn’t expecting how nice the interior would be given it’s in a charming older building. Staff were all super nice and always someone available 24/7. 10/10 would stay there again and definitely recommend for solo female travelers for a central stay in London!

Everything was fine, but, the souroundings aré not as safety you can believe, stay aware of a SCAM people trying to robe you telling you that they aré police AND telling you that they a keeping you Safe about a gay that came yo us yo hello g us yo ho for the Best way yo an tourist monumento, in about around the córner, so stay alert, they know theres good people éxiting the Riu Hotel to walk to te orinciple sites of tourism

Only one problem, and this, unfortunately, is quite a common one for hotels, - no possibility for a window to be open, even a little bit.

The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other than that the hotel was fabulous!
