Updated rooms with large fridge space and microwave (other rooms have kitchenettes, which I didn't need). Great furniture and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Secured Covered Parking. Coffee shop pricey. Did not eat meals at this location.

When we arrived it wasn't what the pictures show nor were the amenities. When we checked in I had to sign rule waver that said we couldn't leave our dog in the room even in his kennel and I rented from them because the website said I could.The building was run down, the electrical was very old and our TV kept glitching out, the brand new refrigerator didn't work the first night, had to purchase a small cooler for cold food, the TV had 2 remotes that didn't have covers over the batteries so they kept falling out., the table that was in our room had a broken leg so couldn't use. The 2nd night we went to the pool, looking forward to the hot tub, only to find out that it didn't work. Another main reason we picked this motel. So disappointed.!!! I informed the person's at front desk. Nothing was done. When we went down to check out on Saturday morning with about 5 other people also trying to check out, no one at front desk. Sign said call if needed. We called, everyone waited for 20 to 30mins and know one came, so we left our keys on front desk. I wanted to be compensated for false advertising.

This hotel was beautiful the beds were so comfortable the staff was friendly and very helpful it's located in a central location easy to walk to all other areas the TriMet was right at the corner to hop on so you can visit anything all over Portland
