Keo Hotel - Ovalle Casino Resort
Had to move rooms as my room was being fumigated. Was informed day I had to move and was not able to move my own clothes and luggage. Was not able to make it back to hotel but they still went ahead and moved me. They did give me a bigger room but it was only last night.

This property is beautiful, lush roses, two pools and a jacuzzi. It is well maintained by the staff at all times between the gardening, cleaning and covering the pools when no one is in them to make sure no bugs are in the water. A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa, deixando a gente fazer um early check-in no quarto assim que chegamos. Infelizimente, devido a um erro nas compras de passagem de onibus acabamos não ficando para passar a noite e desfrutar do café da manhã no dia seguinte.
