I have stayed at this location multiple times, but unfortunately, the overall quality of the experience has become increasingly disappointing. For what they charge, there are simply too many ongoing issues that need to be addressed. Housekeeping needs significant improvement. Staff have brought their children to work with them, and the rooms are not being cleaned properly. Towels are rarely stocked, and I constantly have to call the front desk to request basic necessities such as towels and toilet paper. A guest should not have to repeatedly ask for items that should already be provided in the room. I no longer bother with breakfast because, at this point, it feels like a waste of time. There are also ongoing electrical issues throughout the building. The lights repeatedly shut off every 45 minutes to an hour, stay off for approximately three minutes, and then come back on. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. On top of that, the phones in the rooms do not work, making it impossible to call the front desk directly when you need assistance or answers about what is happening. The hot water is another major concern. It is barely lukewarm, which is unacceptable when guests are paying to stay at a hotel and expect basic comfort. Additionally, the new policy requiring another $100 deposit to extend a stay is frustrating, especially considering the number of unresolved maintenance and housekeeping issues throughout the property.

Was a nice place, I would stay there again.
