Bedbugs!! My son and I were scheduled to stay at this hotel for 3 nights. First night I wake up around 3am itching so bad a never got back to sleep. Thinking I was getting hives from an allergic reaction, I took some benedryl and moved on. Next night, same thing. 2am woke up itching so badly I wanted to crawl out of my skin. Getting up in the morning, saw my son had what now looked like bites all over his back too. Went immediately to see a dr still not believing this could be bedbugs. The dr confirmed it was bedbugs and told me they had heard about this before at this hotel, which was weird because I always go through reviews and there was not any mention of this, which to me is very suspect. We went back to the hotel, checked out immediately, bagged all our stuff up for decontamination, and spent the entire rest of the trip trying to mitigate this. The misery we have endured not only dealing with the bites, but containing it to make sure we don’t bring it home, and it completely ruining our trip is indescribable. The hotel dragged their feet on giving me a full refund, but Expedia handled it wonderfully. Please don’t stay at this property until it has been confirmed that the bedbug problem has been dealt with. I wouldn’t wish this misery on my worst enemy
