I can’t really vouch for this place. I had a very unsettling experience when a maintenance worker threatened to come into my room without giving an explanation. We thought we were getting robbed and were ready to call 911. I said I wouldn’t open the door and he said we needed to check out when we were not slated to check out until the next day. I reported it to management immediately and they confirmed it was for the room next to mine. That in itself is scary that they would have a maintenance worker come and threaten the occupants of rooms without even prefacing why they are threatening to come into your place. The management offered me a free bottle of wine or a late checkout which I declined both since that whole experience left a bad taste for me and my friend. We did not feel safe and were ready to leave after that. The room was also not very clean. I will not be coming back to this resort ever again.

Love this resort. My husband and I come back as much as we can. Staff is friendly. Resort is clean. There is a lot to do.

We arrived 30 minutes before check in and they wanted us to pay $25 for early check in even though the room was ready…..really? Had to ask a supervisor who let us go ahead and check in…

Staff super friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for train etc. We didn’t rent a car for further trips we ubered.

This was a last-minute booking, but our favorite of a 2-week trip. The hot tub and fireplace were relaxing. The in-room microwave and fridge were a bonus. The beds were better than mine at home. The toiletries were so nice that I ordered them for my home. It was also within walking distance to town so we walked to dinner and then to grab coffee this morning.

Water not hot in morning. No Kleenex in room. No dresser for clothes. Staff very helpful. Good location and room remodeled.
