The staff was just rude! Our refrigerator was hot and the staff did not believe us. We asked them to come and check for themselves. They acted as if we were too much trouble. We were not allowed to use their ice machine to fill our cooler. The manager was called and he was not any better. They said all they could do was take a frig from another room because they were completely booked. It was a tiny dorm frig without a freezer. For less than $100, they could keep an extra one on hand. We were not offered any compensation for our trouble or even an apology. We had no option but to stay. We had booked a year in advance and there were no vacancies anywhere. If you are looking for hospitality, look somewhere else. If you just need an old run down place to sleep, it was Ok.

best little motel for the value! extremely clean and very comfortable beds. especially loved the free laundry and bags of ice.

Room was clean and tidy for my one night stay

Staff were not friendly at all, rooms were clean. Breakfast room was disgusting

Instead of the traditional brew coffee makers there was a small Kurag. This was a nice change. All the little amenities were were helpful and well thought out.

The location is perfect for enjoying Cody, rooms are spacious & the staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommend

This stay made us feel like we were at our cabin. The cabins were clean and close to all of the amenities. The pool is smaller but the perfect size to take a dip and cool off while admiring the mountain view.
