To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. For the price we paid to be close to the airport and with small children this stay really disappointed in many ways. Firstly, the pool is closed currently for maintenance and we really wanted use of it for our last day. Secondly, we booked a family room and instead were given two separate rooms which was fine. However all night right above us there was banging and moving furniture and we did not sleep at all before a 12 hour travel day. We were really disappointed and believe the hotel should have done something to compensate for all of these issues.

Nice hotel but in a not so nice area of Bari.

Beautiful villa, felt very private and secluded. Perfect for relaxation, reading, writing, and close enough to explore the beaches and other parts of Puglia.

The property is very unique and the staff helpful. However, no one asked us to register, people were very relaxed about paperwork and didn't seem aware of our stay as we hqd to confirm it many yltimes. Staff helped ua load our vehicles and took our keys but nevwe asked to settle the bill. About an hoir later while we were well on our way, they called to ask us to pay. We gqve them our visa number and info but the demanded a cheque, money transfer or cash. Terrible. My nephew who had hia wedding there ended up paying as they refused the crefit card. Not impressed!

We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!
