The staff were amazing! Rooms were clean and nice with everything you needed.

This is a lux property that is showing its age. Pics upsell a bit…. Location, location, it’s an ideal spot in W. Palm Beach….. great access to 95, shopping, less than 15 min to the airport. The pool deck is wonderful, clean, an abundance of fluffy towels. And well maintained. Direct beach access , free chairs and umbrellas, no up charge. But the seaweed at the water line is a problem, blocks water access except for the brave. It needs to be removed, daily! One elevated was out the whole time, spotty internet & cable-oh no and front deck staff were scarce …. The room was comfortable and clean. Beds were adequate …. And the price for beach front is affordable. And don’t forget the resort fee and $35/day car parking fee, adds almost a $100 to your base room rate. A few blemishes. Would I return- yes… the convenience makes it a buy.

The best thing about this place was it was right on the beach but that's it. The unit was dirty there was a bug in the bed when we pulled the sheets back, the comforter had a cover over it but the edge of the comforter was dirty, the dish towel was folded nice and cute on the counter when i opened it to go use it there was what looked liked dried spaghetti sauce, the pull out couch was broke so we ended up buying air mattress but of course we did not see this until bed time when the office was closed, the floors were dirty even after I mopped twice and the bath towels had holes and were old and worn. The manager did offer us to move but we had 6 people and a lot of stuff there was no way we were moving it all again. Last thing the AC took about 3 days to get to 72 and this was probably because one of the sliding glass doors was opened behind the curtains that is not a door you go in and out of so it was not noticed for a few days.

Don’t be fooled by the AI pics of the rooms. This place was terrible. The rooms smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, the air conditioning didn’t work in either room and were leaking all over the floor. the manager ghosted me bc he didn’t want to help w any solutions. It was awful! Don’t be scammed by this place!

I was very impressed with everything at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember everyone's name so I could give them all a shout out! We had an amazing view and good was good. I liked that they even had fitness classes.

Gorgeous- would love to stay again.

Hotel wonderful and staff fantastic. Very well taken care of. Great location. Only minor issue was too many biting bugs outside.
