Room was exceptionally clean and toiletries were high quality. Multiple excellent choices of restaurants and shops were high quality. Staff we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable.

Such a lovely home in a homey neighborhood close to Downtown Anchorage. Beautiful lawn, BBQ, Doors from one bedroom open on to the patio. Close to anything downtown.

Love staying here and it’s usually my “go to” when I’m in town. But please get a microwave, it would be so handy.

Several issues. We checked in late and the thermostat did not work. We entered into a very warm room (80+ degrees). When I explained to the desk clearly about the thermostat - he was aware they were having issues. We opened the window/door to get some relief from the over heated room but due to the hotels location we heard the city traffic and lots of train horns through out the night. Maintenance was disappointing. The bathroom wall paper was pealing and the bathroom ceiling looked moldy.
