I have to start by saying that the lobby was lovely, and the woman working at the front desk was very pleasant. Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. As I walked down the hallway toward my room, the hotel began to feel increasingly neglected and unsettling. The carpeting was covered in debris, giving the impression that it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Then I came across a room cordoned off with tape and a traffic cone outside, with a door that looked as though it had been forcibly damaged with an axe or crowbar. The very next room had a heavily dented door that also appeared to have been partially forced open. When I finally reached my room, I was concerned to find that the bed linens looked as though someone had already slept in them. To make matters worse, the HVAC system was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to ignore. I returned to the front desk and was given another room. Although the second room was quieter, its condition was appalling. The veneer was peeling off the furniture, there were awful stains on the flooring, sofa, and armchair, and there were holes in the carpeting. The room felt dirty, worn out, and completely unacceptable. I am genuinely shocked that Hilton would allow its name to be associated with a property in such embarrassing disrepair.

Espresso martini was awesome! The breakfast was nice as well. Shout out to the bartender/server for managing multiple orders and customers efficiently and with a genuine smile.

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. Nice staff. Very convenient to our venue. Just one thing, and it’s for many hotels, is I wish the tub was better at being anti slip.
