They offered me a twin room when it was supposed to be a king bedroom. The room wasn't clean, a lots of crumbs and dust on the floor.The shower door wasn't clean but the main issue was the feces on the bottom of the toilet seat.They couldn't move me so i had to leave the following day.

I didn’t like that everything I went to get in the jacuzzi the water didn’t get hot only the bubbles came on, I asked a worker on the property and they told that the heated jacuzzi stopped at the certain time…. Ok, no problem…. I next time I went a little earlier, still no heat…. I tried calling the front desk, no one answered…. An employee was walking by the pool and I asked them about the heat and they texted someone and said, that someone will come up, no one came so I went back to the room…. This was my main and only problem, everything else was good….
