It was clean and safe. Don't expect luxury and bring your own wash cloths. We are a family of five so we were looking for an economical hotel suite with 2 bedrooms and breakfast on site and they delivered.

Close to metro and shops/casino
Hotel has good staff and good location. I had problem with safe which was fixed by bty replacement. TV remote was reset ny staff but stopped working again. Bathroom light switched stopped working.door to balcony would not lock but virtual impossible to get to. Aircon and wifi works well. Room has fridge.

A NICE, VERY SMALL ROOM.
After a long flight, all I needed was a good rest. At my arrival the staff were very welcoming, which is nice. The only negative thing I consider mentioning is the side of the room and bathroom, for the same amount of price you can get a greater and more confortable size room. Breakfast was nice and so were the staff at the restaurant.

Modern, affordable and well located
Arrived late at night but my reservation was waiting with easy and quick check in. Hotel is modern, clean, well located not too far from everything but not so close traffic and pedestrians add to congestion on that street. Room was comfortable, slept well through the night, good hot water, cable channels in English and a small pool area for lounging.

According to the booking site Expedia.com, what I was paying for was including breakfast, and I presented the evidence of that, however at the check in process the front desk denied it to me,They told me that what I paid for was not INCLUDING BREAKFAST, and Panama that weekend was celebrating around the entire Country a Black Weekend, so the front desk did not work with me did not provide me any alternative because of the mistake, even though it was not my mistake and proof of what I paid for was including Breakfast, It was never provided to me, Bad experience on that part of the trip.

Bed was hard. Some nights hotel was very noisy. Try to not have room close to stairs. Staff had very little English. 30 minute walk to the multicentro and to the hop-on-hop-off bus.

Affordable Comfort in heart of Panama City
Not on a main street but just a block off. Cost is reasonable at hotels.com but published rate nearly twice as high. Rooms just a little small but comfortable. Great breakfast included.
