The place is nothing like advertised. I smells horrible the building is old and the amenities are old or not functioning properly. No hot water. Was hotel i have stayed .

An acceptable hotel for the budget conscious traveler. However, the free airport pick-up that was advertised on the website and confirmed by email never showed up. Nobody could be reached upon arrival, neither by phone nor by email, so I had to take taxi.

Cleaning is very poor in the rooms and other areas of the hotel. The worst the bathroom. Although asked, they did not clean the bathroom well. The management did not attend to us. They propose a gym, a swimming pool, but it is under repair and the pool area is not cleaned and without conditions. La limpieza es muy mala en las habitaciones y otras àreas del hotel. Lo peor el baño. Aunque se le pidió, no limpiaban bien el baño. La gerencia no nos atendió. Proponen gimnasio, piscina, pero esta en reparacion y el área de la piscina sin limpiar y sin condiciones.

Once i got there they charge more for the room they were cockroaches in the room mostly in the bathroom and the caulking sealing the shower door was black all over i rented for 6 people in a double room they gave me 2 separates rooms in different floors the worst experience in a beautiful country

The room wasn't was it looked like in the photos. The sheets and pillow ases were torn and stained, we were o ly given two towls for seven people, there were old cigarettes in the room, and no safety lock on the door. We didn't end up staying because of the condition of the room.

Horror hotel
Horror hotel, which is actually a scam. They don't provide refunds as they know very well how bad it is. Where to start. Don't trust the photos. There is no gym and the swimming pool is so dirty, it's not even fit for pigs. Worst thing, the room didn't have a window. I complained but they didn't have rooms with natural daylight. My advice never book this hotel

Two staff at the desk was very friendly and kind.
Hotel room walls and bathroom was dirty bad I was change from 2 rooms before I got a room that they considered clean,I had to buy bleach to scrub the dirty bathroom plus I was there with my 2 kids the entrance itself could have told you how terrible the hotel was smelling and the high touch ares terrified for covid purposes it’s not safe.

Roach motel
Book at your own peril. It is as dirty as previous reviewers noted with a few creppy crawlers added. The toilet in our room didn’t flush. Which we didn’t find out late in the evening after checking in. It is cheap and surprisingly quiet In the evenings. But at $20 night, you can’t expect much.

Not clean, after I checked in a asked to change rooms because it was filthy and that during these corona times. I was then moved to a "cleaner" room which was not much better I decided not to stay there. After getting my refund I was informed that I would still be paying the transaction fee that added up to $15
