The facilities were super. One felt as if in a resort in center of the city! 5 restaurants, great pool, bar. Unfortunately, one day they forgot to do my room, and that sent off a chain of unpleasantness. They kept on promising and promising, and it took six hours and six reminders for them to do it. Also check-in a little chaotic with the cruise-goers.

There is nothing good to say about this hotel. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, but this one definitely ranks at the bottom. The rooms are too noisy. The elevators sound like freight train passing by. the AC is very loud. The amenities do not exist Other than one soap. Service is very very slow. Bathroom is unsafe as glass shelves are missing screws. My advice you are much better off staying at a different hotel that costs half the price and offers much better services and more for your dollars This hotel is very expensive , compared to other hotels in the area

The Hilton has not failed me yet! The hotel was excellent! The location is ideal, good resturants within the hotel as well as surrounding, the pool was nice (a little cold for my liking but a great area), and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and the room was just a nice place to relax when inside. The water was not super hot but got the job done. The staff was always familiar and helpful and room service was quick and efficient. The area the hotel is in is great! Plenty of restaurants outside the hotel in walking distance (Catch Seafood or Oh-Toro Ramen & Sushi to name a couple) and a drug store right across the street for cheaper water and snacks. I stayed here 5 days and 4 nights and definitely cannot wait to return!
