Nice facility but lousy staffs

It is a nice stay.the facility is great. The room is spacious with balcony partialy face the sea. We enjoyed the infinity pools and the food in the restaurant. But the staffs are lousy. The check in process is super slow. Quite a few staffs in the restaurant know little about the things there and service was slow.

One of the things we enjoyed were the dinning options at the hotel. The food there was pretty good. We also liked the multiple pools, one of them was heated. The floor situation could been better. It would have been nice if each floor was labeled therefore we'd know where we were. The humidity in the room was high and things felt damp. All in all it was a nice hotel and the location was ideal.

It was great hotel. 15 mins to all attractions with Uber. The staff and service were amazing. Great breakfast buffet and other dining options. The furnitures in the rooms were not 5 star quality. There were a lot of kids in the pool area.

The descriptionson are not very accurate, the hotels offers very little for the price paid. You can get much more like free parking at other place. The building is share with residents and jw marriott guest. The pool is a small area that is almost always crowded. I request a king bed, instead i had a queen bed. There is no ocean view, un less you stick your head out. The parking is not 15 a day. It’s actually 25 dollars a day. I really with a could get at least a partial refund. Im very upset at this service.
